# Modal used for menu with tree and text boxes

I have built a mobile navigation menu using the Modal component. In the component I put the Navigation component of ‘Top Pages’. When I published and hit the hamburger to display the menu, the first top page in the ‘Top Pages’ section has a box around it. I’m not sure why, or how to remove the box.

Also, in this Modal, I have text that I have set to turn blue when hovering. In the element app, it turns blue, when I use previes in browser, or publish, it doesn’t turn blue when hovering. Not sure why.

Perspective is what has a box around the word.

Charlatan has a link to the home page but doesn’t turn blue when hovering. Also the words, ‘All the World’s a Stage’ is linked and doesn’t turn blue when hovering.

I"ve changed from using ‘top pages’ to using a ‘tree’. I don’t have the same '“box” issue around the first word. However, the hover on the text that has links still is not working. I removed all the hovers from everything as it was inconsistent. If anyone has any idea how to make the hover for a link on text work in a modal, I’d appreciate the help. Or just suggestions, ideas, different ways to get the same effect. Thanks to everyone!!
