Can anyone advise how to achieve the attached snapshot Nav Menu with level 1 and sub-menu which opens like “Modal” effect in Foundry?

I am not sure if Nav Menu supports modal stack in navigation menu but at least sub menu’s are fast to create by making a child page and it will show up as such on your Nav Menu.
I used modal in submenu recently but I used Mega Menu stack that is part of Elixir’s Potion pack.
