Need a modal window - show on page load, once per day per visitor (ip), on multiple pages (using a partial, hopefully). Though on multiple pages, show only once per day.

My Call to Action stack allows you to build logic for when to launch a modal. Itself does not have any modal effects. It purely serves as a launcher to many different modal stacks that it integrates with.
