Hey, Ricardo,

Do you have an example project file that uses the new version of Image Fit?

Hi Rob,

Yes, I’ll be uploading it to paddle soon.

I’ll keep you posted.

I pushed out version 1.1.8 which fixes a minor bug which only affected image well and warehouse images and some code improvements, since I had my hands in the pot already, here is the change log.

v1.1.8 (14 Sep 2020)

  • Minor but fix w/ image well
  • Optimize CSS

The new version with a sample project was uploaded to Paddle. So, redownload it from there if you need it. The project is pretty much the same, except it has a 2-axis rotated image with perspective added.

Hello everyone,

Version 1.2.0 of Image Fit stacks is released, here is the changeling:

v1.2.0 (17 Sep 2020)

  • Changed overflow setting
  • Added “default” alignment
  • Added additional on-hover effect.

In this stack the overflow setting is controlled independently from the transformation. On-hover abilities have been added to other stack properties. Lots of additional under the hood improvements.

Hello everyone,

Version 1.2.0 of Image Fit stacks is released. It brings a lot of new features, such as 3D-rotation with perspective, better control of overflow (not just within transformations), additional effects on hover, improved shadows, and much more. The Image Fit stack remains extremely lightweight, you can use Image Fit in place of any Image Stack and keep your site lean, while using great image effects where needed. In its default mode it is as lean as the built-in image stack.
