# Option for Annual Billing

I work for municipality, and billing monthly is more of a tedium than I’d like. Can you all support an annual bilingual cycle?

Hi @Toastman
Well, the monthly payments are automatic. You don’t have to go in and manually pay them every month, they are just auto-billed like a Netflix subscription or Amazon Prime subscription, etc.
Are you saying it’s a tedium due to accounting? A possible solution, you can top up your account with enough funds to cover 1 year of the hosting costs, so you’d only be paying once, and your monthly invoices would then be deducted from those available funds in your account.
Does that make sense?

The account credit does make sense. And yeah it’s the accounting side that’s tedium. Thanks for the info.
