I have a site that uses a few video backgrounds per page (video file dragged into the image drop zone of the background inputs). They are very small/compressed files, consistent dimensions/frame rates, etc. It looks fabulous on a desktop. But mobile tests (iPhone) seem to choke on these, displaying a white background instead of any image at all. I am guessing this has to do with mobile data handling vs. an Elements bug.

Is there a way to make the mobile feed of the site display a still image, but desktop outputs/large screen display the video?
