When I cut and paste a URL into facebook then post it - it shows an image from that page with is the link

![35%20PM](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex005/uploads/realmacsoftware1/original/2X/4/49a8247875b4dd7cd2ee2d2f50ec00575adad314.png). However, when I do this with my url there is no Image.

I have tried temporarily adding other images to main page but still doesn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Paul

You need to use og tags ([http://ogp.me/](http://ogp.me/)) in your page header with a dedicated image URL (I use an image in the root specifically). Facebook also has a tool ([https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/](https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/)) to allow you ‘see’ what Facebook is seeing from your page.
