Pro gallery 2 not displaying images - SOLVED

Anyone using ProGallery 2 yet? I set it up the same as I have in the past with ProGallery (single warehoused images) and it’s not displaying images and saying something about it can’t find the url/page it is on. https://www.lisasandlerphotography.com/portfolios/boudior-pinup/

I’ve set up 3 sizes of images: example image url: https://lisasandlerphotography.com/img/port/boudoir/DFD_Gio1-TH.jpg (for thumbnails)
https://lisasandlerphotography.com/img/port/boudoir/DFD_Gio1-LB.jpg (for light box)
https://lisasandlerphotography.com/img/port/boudoir/DFD_Gio1-R@2x.jpg (for hi res)

I have not used this yet, but it seems to be working for me with your link above I get this:

When I click on the pictures, the lightbox pop’s up. Might want to try again after clearing your cache.

Nope. That’s the old Pro Gallery. That works fine.
This is the the one that doesn’t. If you run your mouse over the white area, you will see a + sign, which will launch the gallery.

Ah, I didn’t know the secret hand shank to open the gallery. Your getting console errors (404’s) on what is being passed to the jquery function.

Looks like your not getting the complete URL. Since I have not used this stack yet would double check you URL’s.

Yes. I’ve got an email into @willwood, but he’s probably out hiking today
Me… I’m home sick and staying inside this weekend :frowning:

It’s the same if I use the urls that are in the old Pro Gallery, so there has to be a glitch somewhere with something in my file with the new version.

I’m sure He’ll get back to you soon. It will be dark there soon. Hope you feel better.

I just checked in RW and there is an update from Will for PG 2 that looks to be a fix for this problem.

Well, It fixed the url problem, but now my images are not found. Will check my image urls again.

Sorry - guess I spoke too soon. It must have addressed a different issue.

What are you using for url for your images? You warehousing? I am using what I used to for the original ProGallery.

Does not seem to be connection to my images…

throw new Error("jQuery requires a window with a document");

So it looks like he fixed the url for the page, but not the images. OK. I’m sure he’ll figure out the rest.

hello @LSPhoto, cpild it be because you have a spelling error in the url? see attached screenshot!
cheers, tomas

Computers don’t care about spelling as long as you spell it the same way. If you click on the URL you will see it’s valid.

Nope. That wasn’t it. That was actually a mistake on my folder name, so the url was correct. But thanks for pointing that out anyway. It needed to be changed. I’ve redirected the old page to the new one.

Will has an update which is working great, but I have an email into him about one more thing I am seeing. I’ll let you all know when it’s done

Thanks to @willwood for working with me on getting ProGallery2 glitches fixed. And, on the weekend, no less. Even after he fixed things, I was still getting a problem and he figured it out for me. User error, that last part was
