Problem purchasing Stack 4

Hi everyone!

I’m new to Rapidweaver, and mine is Version 8.4.1 (20817).

Basically, I have just bought Foundation stack, but then I realised that I also have to buy Stack4 in order to use Foundation (correct me if I’m wrong, I’m totally confused of how this thing works), so I wanted to buy Stack4, but then I’ve tried so many times, also, I even used another credit card to pay, however the result is just the same, it’s written there that “This transaction cannot be processed”.

I wonder if this is normal? and if it’s not, have any of you guys ever experienced this, and how can I solve this problem, do I have to directly contact the company? Your answers are very Kindly appreciated, thank u so much!
