# Problem with Grid Iron 3 stack - what am I doing wrong?

Hi guys,  
I hope you can give me some guidance. I contacted the Chillidog software support team but haven’t had a response.

I have used Grid Iron 3 for a few years to show details of health professionals on this webpage: [FND Australia](http://fndaustralia.com.au/health-professionals/database.php)

The data for the list comes from an online google spreadsheet. This all worked fine until a few days ago when the list stopped showing. I double checked the settings (which I hadn’t changed) and they seem to be correct.

I double checked they ‘key’ and ‘Sheet GID’ which are correct and hadn’t changed.

Is there something obvious that I am missing?
