# Problems with Forms and Norwegian letters

1. When I use the letters **æ** , **ø** , and **å** in Forms, they don’t display correctly in the received email. Bjørn appears as Bjørn.

2. How can I send a copy to the sender of the Form?

We’ll look in to this one, and try and get a fix in the next beta.

We don’t support sending a copy of the email to the sender of the form.

You would have to use the Webhooks feature, and process the form data on a service such as Zapier.

Hello @ben There are still issues with Norwegian characters in Forms. There is now a new problem. Checkbox only remembers the last checked box. See images.

Just checked this one, and it’s definitely working in the latest build. Could I get you to try and “Re-Publish all files” to ensure the updated PHP API is up to date.

This one is a bug in the current beta.

I’ve found and fixed the issue - this will be updated in the next build 🙂

After Re-Publish å, ø and å works fine 👏
