# Public Key/Private Key Authentication

I have just upgraded to Classic 9.3.4 and I can no longer contact my server to publish website. Using SFTP and Public/Private Key Authentication.

It was working fine before.

Was just about to start a new project and have now put this on hold.

Hey @Andy_Heron,

Make sure your publishing settings are still correct. There were some issues between RW 9.3.0 and 9.3.4 where the private key couldn’t be selected. Review your publishing settings to make sure everything still looks good there.

If they do, send us your publishing logs so we can take a look:

Thanks for the help. Issue resolved. Issue had to do with my hosting provider, and now fixed!
