the top picture is what my site looks like in the editor
the bottom one is what its like published ie everything lined up correctly
when I have text in with one line ie the first box early bird I have to hit enter twice to create that gap. if I dont then the published site isn’t lined up. ie if I hit enter at the end of the word everything is lined up in the editor but not when published (or previewed for that matter)

I’d imagine it’s because Elements is (correctly or incorrectly) cleaning up the HTML and removing what it thinks are extraneous line breaks.

To lay out the text boxes correctly, I’d use a flex container with multiple text items, like this:

I dont think that will work. what im after is the tittle to line up but the problem is some have 1 line of text in the title and others have 2, doing as your video the title wont line up as they space evenly, what it needs is to put a letter where the line break is but the ability to make it invisible hahaha

think ive sussed it…give some spacing to bottom of flex when I have a single line.
I will create 2 globals one for single one for double line. and it looks like the preview is same as editor…thanks for the help…I was using 4 containers in a card should have tried flex first
