# Quick Add Feature Shortcut

@dan I think it would be really handy if the Quick Add feature was surfaced somewhere in the menu system for Elements. Possibly in the VIEW menu. I spent hours today trying to figure out what the shortcut was to bring up the Quick Add feature.

To find it I ended up having to watch a few of the recent videos in order to find what the shortcut was. I have looked through the whole menu system multiple times and have not been able to find it there.

I think it is important to expose such a powerful feature in the UI, as it is almost impossible to discover it any other way.

Maybe it is in there somewhere and I can just not find it, but believe me I have looked through the menu system multiple times without finding it.

Agreed, we need to make these more visible. I’ve added it to the list!

I also recently added some of the newer [shortcuts to the manual](https://docs.realmacsoftware.com/elements-docs/elements-app/keyboard-shortcuts).
