# RapidWeaver license?

Maybe this is a kinda silly question, but when buying RW yesterday, I paid 99 USD.  
However, I couldn’t find any info about the license duration.  
In other words; I have no clue if this is an annual license fee, or a lifetime license??

It is a lifetime for RW7, there will be a RW8 someday and that would more than likely be a paid upgrade.

It’s a one-time fee for RapidWeaver 7. Included are all the free updates to RapidWeaver 7.

When the next major paid-for version is released you’ll be able to upgrade to that at a substantial discount.
