I am trying to rename this to HTML but it keeps reverting to PHP?

The reason is that you have a form-stack on your page which **requires** PHP. But it’s better anyway to only use php for every page…
By the way: you should take care of renaming your folders in a way that they reflect the actual page content. So instead of ‘page-5’ you should name the folder ‘contact’.
