# Repeat H1 Header - OK or not?

What’s best practice if you want to put your H1 Page Header on a Hero Banner but then repeat it below at the top of your main written content?

Not everybody takes the time to look at a large banner - some scroll straight to content - hence the reason for repeating the header where it will definitely be seen.

It’s well known that you should not have multiple H1’s or H2’s, but this is normally advised in the content of _different_ headers: I’m interested in the same header twice.
