# RW 8.1.6 & 8.1.7: corrupted file after export locally!

pretty crazy weird. there has got to be an OS bug behind that. when you get to filing the radar let me know i’ll file the radar too, maybe give it more weight.

Yeah definitely, I’ve recreated it in a sample project and filed the bug - 50581996. It doesn’t seem to make a difference what the file system is, just needs to be a RAM disk.

do you perform any specific operation on the disk? or just anything?

Sorry, would have been helpful to mention that lol

It’s literally just resolving a bookmark to the root of the RAM disk. Sample project is dead simple [https://cl.ly/a6cccd59a708](https://cl.ly/a6cccd59a708)

Resolving the bookmark takes ~0.8 seconds when it should take ~0.001 seconds.
