# RW Classic 9.2.1 not publishing

Hi @wnjsmith,

Perhaps it’s an issue on GoDaddy’s side. Did you try contacting them to see if they can check their FTP authentication logs to see if any errors are popping up?

You can send your publishing logs to us per our guide [here](https://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/how-do-i-request-help-for-publishing-and-ftp-issues/42993) if you’re not getting anywhere with GoDaddy. We can check to see if there’s any errors popping up in our logging.
