# .rw project size / weight greatly reduced after publishing!

Hello to all the community,  
When my RapidWeaver project is published, it is normal for the .rw project to be saved automatically at the end of the publication. But **sometimes** I notice that the weight / size of my .rw file / project decreases … from 600 MB to 500 MB for example.  
It is a little worrying.  
Fortunately, the reduced project appears to be working well.  
Is this normal, does this happen to some?
