# RW - TotalCMS- Why does it take a long time for changes to show

When I make changes to my new site, it can take 15 minutes before changes appear.

I have a reasonably fast connection:

I’m using Bluehost, and have a low level shared server. It’s been fine up to now. I wonder if I’m being throttled?

Your changes should show immediately,. Are you sure it’s not your browser cache?  
Do you have a CDN?

You’re right!.. Turn on Develop menu and it’s right there.
