I wonder which current stack can be used to control animations with scrolling movements. The animation should stay in the middle until the end of the timeline is reached and vice versa when scrolling upwards.

A current example would be the Apple Mac Studio page
[https://www.apple.com/mac-studio/](https://www.apple.com/mac-studio/)

or the page of the Li Mega Car (video animation of the car in the wind tunnel)

I know that there are various (older) scrolling control stacks, but many are no longer updated or do not work properly on touch devices.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
