We don’t have anything built-in (yet) to easily display a list of social icons in your website so I thought I’d put together a little custom component for my own use…

The project is using the [ionicons](https://ionic.io/ionicons) set.

Happy to share the project if anyone wants to use it or play around with it, just let me know ☺

@dan Does Elements ship with an icon library that can be used in a Custom Component or do we have to import for example Font Awesome or the libraries you were using in the example above?

Font Awesome has a free set here [GitHub - FortAwesome/Font-Awesome: The iconic SVG, font, and CSS toolkit](https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome) that could be built into the app, which includes 492 brand icons (a lot being social icons). Latest version too (6.6.0) instead of 4.x which a lot of people are still using.

Here we go… [Elements ionicons Project](elementsapp://downloadDocument/wHaNxgPkeauB)

At the moment if you use multiple instances of the component it will add the JS libraries for every single instance. However, we have an update for Elements coming next week that will allow you to fix this and much more ☺

The editor currently has access to Font Awesome 4.7.0 - however, that’s a hangover from when we were going to support converted stacks - So don’t relay on that sticking around.

We’ve recently been talking internally about a way to include various font libraries (and use them in components), but we have nothing to announce just yet. We’ll have more to say on that in the future. Stay tuned!
