That’s the unique ID of the component, you need to give each form element a name otherwise it will display the ID as a fallback. ---

You’ve got responsive options on the text field, not sure why you switched that on (you also shouldn’t be able to do that). Never heard of Enquiry before… had to look it up A field label in the essentials form… The difference between **enquiry** and **inquiry** comes down to where you are in the world and the formality of the situation. Here is the breakdown of how to use them: ### **In US English** The distinction doesn’t really exist. **Inquiry** is the standard spelling for everything. - _Example:_ “I am making an **inquiry** about my lost luggage.” - _Example:_ “The FBI launched an **inquiry** into the bank fraud.” ### **In British English (and much of the Commonwealth)** There is a distinct difference between the two words based on meaning: - **Enquiry:** Used for a general question or a casual request for information. - _Example:_ “I walked up to the **enquiry** desk to ask for directions.” - _Example:_ “We received several **enquiries** about the new product.” - **Inquiry:** Reserved specifically for formal, official, or legal investigations. - _Example:_ “The government ordered a public **inquiry** into the disaster.” - _Example:_ “A murder **inquiry** is currently underway.” ### **Summary** - If you are writing for an **American** audience, just use **inquiry**. - If you are writing for a **British/Commonwealth** audience, use **enquiry** for questions and **inquiry** for investigations.
