# Text in dark mode

If I have a web page viewed with light mode, with black text displayed on it, the text disappears when I switch to dark mode because now it blends with the background. Could you add the ability to set an independent text color for dark mode too? Thank you.

@DrScott, You can just change the text colour when you’re in dark mode 😉 Works like Magic!

is there a quick and easy way to deactivate the dark mode? i do not need this…

Yup, in Project Settings switch off the “Allow Dark Mode” option 😊
