# Tutorial: The easy way to build complex CSS Grids

You have to add items to be the grids. Easieiest way is to add containers and set them to be “grid items” in the inspector. Then add stuff to each container.

If you look at video at top its not the same view as you get now as [ELEMENTS](https://elementsapp.io/) has been updated, he needs to Wath video posted 2 days ago to get the view he has and it explains more or less the same with new view.
