The contact form is currently not working. All form settings appear to be configured correctly and the same setup has been used successfully on another Client Elements site. When the working form from that project is copied into this client project, it also stops working. I also tried rebuilding the form component from scratch, but the issue persists. At the moment, pressing **Submit** does nothing. This suggests the problem may either be related to the domain/hosting environment (20i) or something within this specific project that is preventing the form from functioning. Please check the project to confirm whether anything within the project itself could be causing the issue. Thanks redacted ---

Hi @jackesquire For starters, when uploading your project file publicly to the forum, you should remove all sensitive information. For example your project file that you uploaded included your email passwords, meaning anybody could log into the email account. I would recommend updating those email passwords since you’ve already uploaded the project file publicly. Regarding why the form is not working, the pages should be .php. I see you have them as .html Try changing the page extensions on both pages where your contact forms are to .php and then republish to see if they work. Let us know how you get on. ---

Thanks I thought it was an admin-access only link Changed password Changed to index.php on both pages, published and didn’t work Enable robots was switched off, I’ve renabled this. Didn’t work either Thoughts? ---

Hi @jackesquire Thanks for the link. Can you update your PHP version on your hosting account for that website?
