# Video doesn't play on Safari

I have the video in the video resource and it has worked before but now doesn’t (don’t know if video component was updated or my host is screwing up). I would prefer to have Vimeo host the videos but I’m not sure how to do this: modal? Html?

Regardless, if you go to [Bailin.works/presentation](https://www.bailin.works/PROF-PRESENTATIONS/) and click on either video thumbnails, nothing appears in the video. This happens throughout the website with video.

This is the error I get in Safari: Browser does not support the video tag. !!

How do I correct this?

Hi @DWB

Vimeo hosted would be preferable, you should be able to just drag the Vimeo video URL into the video component drop zone.

But, if you want to try and troubleshoot the .mp4 file on your server, could you temporarily disable Cloudflare on your domain to make sure nothing there is interfering and tests can be ran directly from your server?
