# YouTube video will not autoplay

Hello all. I have a client site that has a YouTube video on a page and my client wants it to AutoPlay. It does so when I preview the page in RW, but after uploading and viewing in Safari and Chrome, it does not autoplay. I have tried several YouTube stacks including the included Video stack in Foundry 3, uTube, and YouTube stacks. All are set to Autoplay in the stack settings, and none of them autoplay.

I have also tried adding ?autoplay=1 to the video ID, and embedding the video using the HTML Embed code from YouTube for the video. Here is the page in question:

Any insights would be appreciated.

@AstraeaMarketing Hi, I see three possible reasons :

- height and width don’t have value (height=" " width=" " could deactivate autoplay)
- security and confidentiality rules of the browser (is autoplay allowed ?)
- Third-party cookies must sometimes be accepted for the autoplay of YouTube videos to work.
