Hi, I updated the other day to Elements 1.3.0 (23861) and since this my forms have now stopped working when they worked fine before. Help please.

Have upgraded with no joy. Have checked and no IP blocked, removed all files from server and reloaded website and for still doesn’t send. No logs in logs folder.
Who are you hosting with? and can you share the URL of the page with the form on it so we can take a quick look?
Hi, I have a reseller account with Verpex. https://test.inet24.nz/Contact/ I have taken the form down on my clients website but this one worked fine (used to).
I’m thinking this is likely an htaccess issue — the Form API code is returning a 404, which means the request when submitting the form is not being routed to the correct code.
Is there any chance I could get a login to your server to test a couple of things? You can email it privately to ben (at) Realmac software.

I’ve identified the issue, and I believe I’ve found an alternative approach that should solve this problem across all shared hosting providers. Supporting the wide range of server configurations out there can be tricky, but this new method should be much more robust.
I’m aiming to have this solution included in Elements within the next week or so.
If you need to get things working sooner, I can provide a temporary workaround specific to your hosting setup, it would involve manually editing a couple of files on your server. Let me know if you’d like to go down that route.
