Using RapidWeaver Classic 9.6.6.
I have a ‘2 Columns’ stack with the button checked for ‘Stacked Columns’ on mobile. It works fine in the preview, but not on my published website, or at least not on my phone running iOS 26.
The published page is here: Expert Sleepers Disting NT
Can anyone help me get this working as expected?
Thanks.
Hi @expertsleepers,
The stacking happens if a screen* is below a certain horizontal resolution that is hardcoded in the stack (if you’re using the default columns stack that is). Your phone (just like my iPhone 16Pro) apparently has a wide enough screen/large enough horizontal resolution that the columns will not stack.
The “Mobile” breakpoint that is the default in Stacks is actually a bit out of date in that regard.
If you switch to a third party column stack that has a setting for the breakpoint, then you cn set it so it will stack on modern smartphones.
Cheers,
Erwin
*actually the viewport instead of the device screen, as it also happens if your desktop browser window is narrow enough.
OK thanks. Can you recommend a simple replacement for the built-in columns stack?
Edit: I used 1LD’s Layouts 2, and that solved my issue.
