2 Columns Not stacking on a Mobile

Im using a 2 column stack and everything is fine on a desktop, but, when I go on a mobile architecturem.co.uk the image and text are still side by side, causing a “bump” in the vertical layout on a mobile.
Any suggestions? Thank you

There must be something wrong with your settings. For example, have you activated this function? See screenshot.
