For the last two days I have been trying to access the trial version of Elements. I have downloaded the app from the Realmac website, but when I go through the steps to activate, regardless of whether I click on the Verify Account button or manually enter the code, I get the same error message: “Elements Cloud Service has encountered an error. Please try again later.”
I would very much like to try Elements before buying it. Any advice as to what I might be doing wrong? Thank you.
