I have added a domain to my hosting, but struggling what to enter with my domain company to point to the added domain in my elements hosting

No worries. We handle all that stuff for you, just reach out to us via a support ticket from your Elements Hosting client portal. 
To give a brief explanation, all of our domains and DNS are managed through Cloudflare, so the domain would be added to your Managed Cloudflare account first, then you’d get a set of nameservers to point the domain name to.
I’ll get that new domain added for you now and send over the nameservers to you via email.
