When I add sitemap-blog.xml to my google search console>sitemaps page … it says one error : it’s an html page … which it’s clearly not ?
The sitemap generated by the cms is invalid - can we do anything ?
To be clear - this is not the sitemap for the site, but the sitemap generated by the blog
I get a 404 error when I try to go to the URL you’re trying to use: https://www.peteryates.co.uk/blog/blog/sitemap-blog.xml
However, this URL works 
https://www.peteryates.co.uk/blog/sitemap-blog.xml
