From the screenshot it looks like the images aren’t linked up properly in the Photos page any longer, however it seems strange that changing the FTP port would have affected that… Can you go in your Photos page and try to re-add those images and then …

I added on image and it published. I don’t really want to reconstitute 40 photo pages with captions though. The photos seem to be still on the server.
