some tidying up and additional border and padding controls as much as I can do for now, the start and end gaps will be adjustable
Responsive now as well, or combine with the vertical
I suppose I could combine both H % V

had 5 mins modified so cards actually scroll off the top of the screen once next container scrolls against them, had to correct bugging me
