As Steve says. The fundamental decision is whether you want to enter content via RW, or via a web interface. Poster gives you a lot more flexibility: but only if you don’t need the web interface aspect for content creation and editing.

I think Mathew @Mathew has/had a Vimeo video on setting up Armadillo? There’s all kinds of blog and cms solutions that can be used with RW. Something to consider, Online updating without needing to republish your site, volume of posts, number of domain’s, price, etc.

I use Total CMS and Armadillo personally and for clients, but they do take a bit of time and patience to get the hang of completely. Have you had a look at the new GO CMS stack from Nick Cates? It might be easier to set up if you’re in a hurry.
