Ascent is one of our most cinematic projects, and it is now available on the Elements Store too. It comes with the Ascent Design Guide, which teaches the Elements AI Assistant the Ascent style.
What the assistant learns about Ascent Ascent looks like the site of a large company: big images and videos, strong type, generous space and motion that follows the scroll. Its style lives in the sum of its parts, and the guide describes each one together with the reason behind it.
Ascent lives in its details: headers where the image fades in with a soft parallax while the titles rise line by line, a Smart Menu that steps aside on scroll and returns when needed, one blue shared by every dynamic detail, sections that flow into each other with gradients and inclined bands, generous space and strong type. The guide teaches the assistant how all of this fits together, so it can build new pages, set the menu and keep every join in place, while the site stays as elegant as the day you started.
The guide also covers the pages that build the site and the pages that show the options, the About page with its sticky video and modal stories, the animated line under links, dark mode and theme styles, and the path for whoever comes from RapidWeaver Classic.
A few requests to try
- “Create a Services page from the Starter page, with the title Our / Services”
- “Explain how the menu of this page works on desktop and on mobile”
- “Check the design consistency of the whole site and fix only what doesn’t follow the Ascent style”
How to get it
- New project get Ascent from the Elements Store and start from it. The guide is already inside.
- Site already started (for existing customers): open the updated Ascent and follow the block at the top of the home page.
- Updates: just ask your assistant “check Ascent guide updates”.
As always, the AI assistant is not included in Elements or in Ascent: you connect your own (Elements > Settings > AI). If you bought Ascent on the Multithemes Store, you have already received an email with everything you need.
