Okay developers. I’m slowly buying into the idea behind AT Proto (https://atproto.com), but I’m not sure I have time to do the implementation integrated with Elements.
Assuming that I’m building a blogging system in Elements, I want to use AT Proto to push the blog post to Bluesky, et.al., to allow commenters to own their own comments, and to publish a general where/what/feeling message wherever I am/doing/feeling.
We’ve already got Dave Winer (RSS creator) doing something similar, but he’s stuck on WordPress. I’m not interested in WP, but willing to run the mySQL lite necessary to enable AT Proto. So do we have any takers on building out such a system for Elements?
Meanwhile, the other opportunity that needs filling is essentially MarsEdit-to-Elements (e.g. Markdown via Browser pushed to Elements CMS files behind the scenes). That doesn’t need to be elegant in its initial form, just entry and push. Cleanup can be done in Elements.
