Backend Folder Expanding on Every Publish

I am publishing to a local folder and testing using ServBay.

It seems that every time I publish a page that has a component that has a backend folder in its templates folder, this gets recreated every time the page is published, e.g. :

In this case, the module Parsedown.php is in each of those ‘rw…’ folders.

Here is another example for a page with the Elements Contact Form:

Is this something that is in the pipeline to be fixed with the reworking of the way Publishing works?
