Got a rather large video banner 6mb - turned it off on mobile and small screens

Video on mobile is always tricky. How are you "turning it off”?
What are you worried about with having the video on mobile?

And this is something I worry about Ben - hiding stuff for mobile … doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not still loaded on mobile, does it ? Perhaps a little clarification on that would be really helpful - thanks !
I though ‘hide’ meant it didn’t load…
Trying to save bandwidth on mobile devices - faster loading times
Cut them in half again 6mb to 3mb
Generally speaking 3mb and under is supposed to be ok…
Could edit them further again…
Should there be a do not publish option? Button - slider…
for me - I use handbrak- after Final Cut and 1600 x 400 size
These were a little long (many seconds) and I can still trim down the loop…
