I’m working on a tightly integrated group of 4 components in a single product DevPack that I hope to register and bring to the Elements Marketplace in the near future. I’ve watched the videos on registering for an account on Marketplace. I think I understand all of that. But my question is to other independent component developers out there. Since my team is just my wife and I, how are other small developers doing pre-release beta testing? I know it’s not recommended that DevPacks get passed around over the internet, so we’ve ruled that out for safety reasons. And of course we want to protect our work. We’re in Arizona USA, and I’m unaware of other Elements users near us. We feel like we’re pretty stable through our own testing (currently on Build 66!). Do we just keep it all in house, release it, and do bug fixes as quickly as they may show up? Any advice is appreciated.

honestly I am doing the beta testing on my own. That’s not optimal I know and the one or other bug came through to my releases. Nothing dramatical so far but it happens.
I have something more complex in the making and for this one I plan to ask here in the forum if somebody is interested in beta testing. If you are creating something specific you need also beta testers who have knowledge/experience in that field. In my case I will need experienced users with the CMS (I already know the one or other 
).
But it is absolutely not forbidden to pass around DevPacks in a closed circle. So why not sending the dev packs via mail to some specific users.
@WeaverPixel Thank you for responding Markus. As we close in on a release, we’re getting very nearly done with tweaks on the inspector properties. We’ll follow your lead with in house beta testing for this first product. It’s inspiring to see your work, and it’s our hope that our product offerings will also find resonance within the Elements community. Almost ready to dive in!
Can you give us a sneak peak what you are planning. I am always curious what others are doing
