Hi - I found the promotion pricing for Elements confusing. I thought when signing up it would be discounted going forward (not just the first year). Am I the only one? What is best practice in the app industry on this?
I personally would have preferred greater transparency on that front.

Thanks for the feedback, the Black Friday offer is a one-year discount, and we’ll make that clearer in future promotions so expectations are set properly.
As for best practice, most software companies run limited-time discounts on the first billing period only, but I agree that the messaging should spell that out without any room for confusion.
