Body Background

I expect Elements will devise a more streamline way to apply a background colour to the body soon. Right now, there are a few ways to skin this cat, but one of my favourites :

Works if you use a container as the outer most element of the page.

Select the container.
Set its background colour (the faux body background).
Content layout > align top

Sizing > enable min max
Disable the theme on the min height.
Enter: 100vh

Yes agreed! We really need a page level setting to set the background colour. I’ve added it to the list.

Would be really nice if this was in its self a component (locked in place) that when clicked revealed the body settings in the settings column, just as other components do. There’s a few settings that could be included as well as background.

Oh, that is an interesting idea. I like it. I wonder if we can easily make that work :thinking:

Yeah ogimage would be cool as well .. no need to write a custom component :smiley:

Tons of stuff that could be added to page level. Including default text-font / text-size and color :scream:

On the other side you have the page settings. Might make sense to seperate between those 2.

Seo => Document Settings

Custom CSS for the body => @Doobox idea

Sorry @dan .. my imagination runs wild :rofl:
