Ive been going through all the options to get the button group on the left to be fixed horizontally at the bottom. None of the options I have will make this happen. I don’t want to use a drop-down.
Probably need a few more details 
What exactly are you using to build this?

just to be clear, what you want is:
- a bar across the bottom of the page (or just across the viewable area of the page?)?
- that bar should contain all the buttons/links currently in your menu on the left, a bit like macOS’ dock so-to-say
Is that right?
If so:
- how should the bar behave when the viewer shrinks the browser window to below the width of the bar?
- similar to the above: what about mobile users, who view you page on a phone or small tablet?
