Frankly, the text items were simply disappearing on their own. But I can recreate it with this adding a component trick. Undoing after adding the modal here does not restore the Text components.
We’ll keep an eye on this, but a restart of Elements should fix it.
Restarting does not, same problem. I’m on 1.2.5.
Note that Elements also crashed on me yesterday. I was flustered enough by that and I failed to save the report to send to you. MacOS 15.6.1.
Working from a different location today so on my laptop rather than desktop (ie., an entirely separate Elements install). Same problem. Maybe I can share my project? If so, paste here?
Sounds like there may have been an issue with Undo.

Elements just crashed as I went to try to save my project to then save a copy to post here. Restarted Mac, here’s the project: elementsapp://downloadDocument/CTZaNuAdwVQ4
Elements just crashed again working on that project, report was auto sent. I will try to work on other sections, but hopefully you can figure out what is triggering all the issues when working in that footer.
