Bug report: "Minify CSS and Javascript" has no effect on any file Elements writes

Hi,

while optimizing my site, I have seen that “Minify CSS and Javascript” has no effect on any file Elements writes. Perhaps his is something you could look into as well, please? This is only important for audits, as Lighthouse reports “Minify CSS” as an unresolved finding on every audit, and it cannot be resolved from inside Elements. For anyone who keeps a clean audit as part of their process, that is a permanent, unfixable item.
