I completely redid my non working cms - with microblog

Can’t get the image to work…

I couldn’t get {{item.image}} to work in any of my cms test websites….

image: “/resources/images/0000001welcome.png”

You might wanna try {{item.image.src}}…

There’s a couple of reasons:

  1. Instead of {{item.image}}, use {{item.image.src}}
  2. You don’t need to prefix the image src with /resources/, so you should have just images/0000001welcome.png

So your front matter should look like this:

---
title: "Your Title"
image:
  src: "images/0000001welcome.png"
---

I was wondering why none of my cms were working…

I think the lack of visual representation was throwing me off…

I would see the ? For image and didn’t think it worked…

Display in safari - and boom :collision: image shows up!!!

I thought it was like a direct resource and would preview the picture!!!

? To me meant - not working…

Wow :exploding_head: ever since I started CMS - weeks? Could not get it to work… many tries and variations for hours…
