Can I realize a container bottom angle?

Hi everyone,

My old website is built with the Rapidweaver Aspen Theme. One aspect of the design that I like very much, is the possibility to give the bottom line of a section an angle (in the Inspector of the Aspen Theme this is called Sidebar Bottom Angle). If you set the angle to +4% for example, the end of the bottom line left is moved upwards and the end of the bottom line right is moved downwards, thus slanting the bottom line.

Can such an effect be created with a container component in Elements? I tried using the Transform effects, but that makes the whole container slant and I want to slant the bottom line only. The top line has to stay horizontal, just as in the Rapidweaver Aspen Theme.

Any help is welcome.

Add a Background component (from the Layout group) to the top of your section and set the Angle as required. I think the rest of the section will need to be “inside” the Background component.
